Makeup Terms and Conditions. 
  1. It is each customers own risk to have makeup applied on their face. Makeup artists will give good skin care advice and ask questions regarding the clients condition of skin; should the customer not follow instructions or experience allergy reactions or any other reactions of that nature towards products used- it is not the responsibility of the salon to pay for damages or medical care; as this service is rendered to each customer at their own risk.
  2. Each application takes a maximum of 2hours. It is advised that every customer sticks to the allocated time. Should customers arrive late for their appointments no extra time will be given, makeup artists will have to stop and leave to attend to the next appointment. NO REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN IN THIS CASE
  3. Customers are more than welcome to supply their own accessories
  4. Extras of lip glosses and other accessories are not included in the service payment. Strip lashes are included in the total payment
  5. Makeup artists are well trained and give expert advice on makeup. Therefore we advise customers to allow and trust us to give and share our advice and expertise without any doubt or judgement.
  6. Should the customer decide to not take the advice given, makeup artists will not be responsible should the outcome of the application be different to the customers’ expectation.
Installation Terms and Conditions.
  1. Should a customer bring in their own wig for installation; it is their responsibility to make sure the wig is clean and ready for installation.
  2. Cleaning of wigs before installations will be done at an additional charge; in addition to standard installation fee.
  3. Hair artists are well trained and give expert advice on hair. Therefore we advise customers to allow and trust us to give and share our advice and expertise without any doubt or judgement.
  4. Should the customer decide to not take the advice given, artists will not be responsible should the outcome of the application be different to the customers’ expectation.
  5. Additional services to own wigs brought in will be done at an extra cost. This includes cutting off ear tabs, adding securing bands and services of that nature.
  6. Each installation takes a maximum of 1hour. It is advised that every customer sticks to the allocated time.
